I acknowledge that vendor fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. If the event is cancelled, I understand that my vendor fee will be 100% refunded within 1 - 3 business days from the time of cancellation.

By submitting this application, you understand that this does not reserve you a spot at the event(s) you chose. As well, if you are approved, you will receive via email (from polboronesevents@gmail.com) your contract. Once your contract is received your vendor fee invoice will be emailed directly from PayPal and it is to be paid upon receipt. Spaces are not reserved until we have received your signed contract and payment in full. Please type in your name below as acknowledgement.
